Our Story
We built A-Care because we needed it.
When our daughter Ella was three months old, we spent weeks searching for a nurse we could actually trust. Agencies pushed faceless rosters; LINE groups were a coin toss. We promised ourselves no other family in Bangkok should have to live through that.

Why we exist
Bangkok’s care market is fragmented. Agencies charge double the caregiver’s actual rate. LINE groups have no accountability. Word of mouth only works if you happen to know the right ten parents.
For families with newborns, premature infants, or post-operative recovery, that gap isn’t an inconvenience. It’s a crisis.

Fair to caregivers
Most agencies skim 50%. We never deduct from a caregiver’s base rate — our service fee is added on top, transparently. Better pay attracts better people, and better people stay longer with your family.
