Every applicant's national ID is verified against government records. Criminal background checks through the Royal Thai Police database are mandatory.

All nurses are verified through the Thai Nursing and Midwifery Council. License numbers are cross-checked for validity and current standing.

Natnicha personally interviews every caregiver before they join the network. She evaluates professionalism, temperament, and values alignment.
